GROS MORNE NATIONAL PARK NEWFOUNDLAND

Gros Morne is probably the most spectacular national park you’ve never heard of. This national park is one of Canada’s greatest natural treasures. The park is located on the west coast of Newfoundland.

The ancient landscape of GROMORN, formed as a result of the collision of the proto-continents and the long work of glaciers. The park is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

It took nature 485 million years to turn the Gros-Morne National Park into one of the natural wonders of the world, where the mantle rocks of the earth, which appeared on the surface as a result of the collision of ancient continental plates, create a unique almost Martian landscape, sharply contrasting with the forested cliffs of the fjords, with picturesque marshes and charming seaside villages.
